Deleting your data

Calora AI, published by Bekhruz Valijonov, keeps your data in a database on your own phone. There is no account and no server of ours, so deleting your data is something you do in the app itself — it takes about fifteen seconds and needs no request to anyone.

How to delete everything

  1. Open Calora AI on your phone. Deletion happens on the device that holds the data.
  2. Go to Profile → Privacy. Profile is the fourth tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Tap “Delete all local data”. It is the last item on the screen, under “Delete”.
  4. Confirm “Delete everything?”. The app erases the data immediately. There is no undo and no copy anywhere.

The same screen also offers narrower deletions if you do not want to erase everything: Clear AI memory, Delete coach conversation and Delete stored API keys. Uninstalling the app removes all of it as well, since nothing is stored outside the device.

What is deleted, and what is kept

DataWhat happens
Food log and daily totalsDeleted from the device immediately. Retention afterwards: none.
Weight history and goalsDeleted from the device immediately. Retention afterwards: none.
Profile — name, height, age, diet preferences, allergiesDeleted from the device immediately. Retention afterwards: none.
Coach conversation and AI memoryDeleted from the device immediately. Retention afterwards: none.
Saved meals and scanned barcode productsDeleted from the device immediately. Retention afterwards: none.
API keys for AI providersDeleted from Android's secure storage immediately. Retention afterwards: none.
Photographs of mealsNever stored by the app. A photo exists only for the duration of the request you send to your AI provider.
Anything held by us, the developerNothing. Calora AI has no server, no account system and no analytics, so there is no copy of your data to delete or retain.

Data you have sent to an AI provider

If you used the coach or photo recognition, those requests went from your phone directly to the AI provider — the built-in one, or the provider whose key you entered. Deleting your data in Calora AI removes it from your device, but it cannot reach into someone else's service.

To have that history removed too, ask the provider directly — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or OpenRouter, whichever you used. Each one keeps request logs for its own period, set by its own terms, and each has its own deletion procedure. Calora AI is not party to that request and cannot see it.

If you cannot open the app

If the app is already uninstalled, the data went with it. If you have any other question about deletion, write to us and we will answer.
